The ICA operates as a specialised systems integrator to help multinational customers maximise their investments in Avaya communication infrastructure and applications. Our collective expertise helps customers overcome the inconsistencies and duplication of effort associated with multi-partner regional management. We represent the greatest single source of Avaya expertise anywhere in the world.
The ICA was created by three founding Avaya Platinum Business Partners: Datapoint headquartered in UK; Strategic Products and Services (SPS) headquartered in the USA; and Jebsen & Jessen headquartered in Singapore. The founders serve over 9,000 customers across more than 60 countries.
Through the Alliance, we are uniquely placed to provide a consistent global approach to pricing, design, installation and support of Avaya and Avaya DevConnect Partner solutions. Our capabilities are complemented by a local and regional focus.
The ICA has a wealth of expertise and experience unrivalled by other communication and contact centre integrators. It provides our customers with access to individuals with over 336 certified associate, specialist and expert accreditations (ACA, ACS, ACE) from Avaya who have expertise in IP telephony, contact centres, business applications and unified communications.
